TabTrade Overview - What to Know Before You Sign Up

Tab Trade — What It Is

TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.

The BlackBull connection matters. It says the founder has actually done this before. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still better than a random name you cannot trace.

TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities institutional desks use. Most new brokers starts with a white-label MT4 setup. These guys did the opposite. Interesting choice.

The instrument list: forex, indices, gold, silver, commodities, stock CFDs, crypto, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For something this new, that range is not narrow.

Platforms

They offer: MT5, cTrader, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Having both matters. You are not locked into one.

MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, Expert Advisors, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used MetaTrader previously, there are no surprises.

cTrader is the alternative. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. Many people like it better than MT5 after comparing.

FIX API is offered for automated strategies but needs the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be on the roadmap. That will round things out when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. 1.0 pip spreads. No commission. Simple. No minimum deposit. Good for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the actual interbank spread is often a fraction of a pip. Meaning your real cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level require a minimum deposit. TabTrade requires zero deposit.

VIP. $25,000 deposit required. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not for typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you move real size.

How Fast Are the Fills

This is the thing TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix servers in London. Under 30ms on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. Most retail brokers operate at 100ms to 300ms.

Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the setup is serious. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Combine those fill times with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering is strong. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.

The FSRA Question

Now, the detail you need to be straight about. Tab Trade is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No CySEC. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Plenty of FCA-regulated options out there.

That said. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The Equinix infrastructure costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. This does not make it safe. It does be part of your decision.

What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it comes down to your priorities.

Welcome Offer

Tab Trade runs a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Standard deposit match. You deposit, the broker credit extra capital. The normal fine print: turnover conditions before you can withdraw the bonus. Check the terms before you commit.
